Support Group in Northern Maine

Hi All It has been awhile since I have posted. All is well and enjoying the weight loss. I have lost 88 pounds since May 7th. It is awesome. Haven't felt this good in years. Everyone in Northern Maine - don't forget to attend the support group on Monday, the 20th at 4:00 p.m. in the McCain's Conference Room at TAMC. It will be great to see all of you and to share experiences. Those of you considering the surgery, please join us. Hi Nancy I was just wondering when the classes are for October. I live in Fort Fairfield but I am having my surgury in Bangor. I would like to come to a few meetings. Thanks Kristen

Hi Kristen We usually meet the third Monday of the Month at 4:00 p.m. The next meeting will be October 18th in the McCain Room at TAMC. As you go in to TAMC (Rear/Main Entrance) hang a left and you will see a sign at the door with a sign. It will be great to see a few more faces in October. Hopefully attendance will increase and that summer months was to blame as the culprit for low attendance. It is great tool. You'll enjoy it. Nan
