MaineCare patients pre-approval

How long did it take MaineCare to approve your surgery? I'm in the process of changing from Anthem to MaineCare and my surgery date depends on IF MaineCare will approve me (Anthem already has) and if my surgeon is still accepting MaineCare patients. Thanks!! ~KJ

It takes 30 days to get approval.

It took me about 3 weeks to be approved...I also just recently was approved for a panni and that took about a month or so...Good Luck...Helen K.
