Good Morning all I had surgery on July 1st and since then I feel as though I am starving all the time. I drink my SF breakfast drinks with protien, I eat yogurt and drink water and still i feel very hungry to the point my stomach is growling. Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Carol

HI Carol, Yes your normal. You have to remember that your stomach is still there. It is actually thinking it is starving because no food is going in there. Your body will adjust to it. My stomach still growls from time to time. This is what I had to remember... My stomach needs to get used to that it is not going to be accessed anymore. Over time it does not feel like your starving, it feels more like gas rumbling. I used to have the hunger pangs after I ate even. But in time your old stomach will adjust. I found the psycological part of it worse than the physical. Janine
