When I was researching gastric by-pass surgery, I came upon this recipe submmitted by a dietian who developed it for by-pass patients that I really liked. I totally forgot I had it until I came upon it while going through my 2002 dayminder. I used to make it during the first months after surgery. You'll like it also if you like chocolate. It tastes like chocolate pudding/frosting. Protein Pudding: 4 oz water 2 scoops of Chocolate !00% pure Whey Protein 1 scoop Chocolate Soy Protein Shake Mix 1-2 tbsp "No Sugar Nesquick Chocolate Powder" Mix to the consistancy of pudding *Add more water if needed or powdered milk if you want more protein It sure satisfied my sweet tooth, Lulu

Sounds like it would be good for someone who is into cooking. That someone is not me. I use sugar free/fat free instant vanilla pudding and add a scoop of Unjury vanilla and use skim milk Sometimes I put in a bit of vanilla extract to make it even more vanilla. It is soooo yummy! Theresa
