OK, I am being lazy. Could some one please give me the number to NorthEast Surgery. I am not sure I have a 1yr set up and since it is next month I guess I should call. I have the number some place but cant locate it without effort. I love you people! Theresa

My appointment with him is the 14th this month, and they sent the stuff ages ago...I wonder if they forgot to put it in when you saw him last? Hugs, Casey
