I thought I might copy and paste this, in case anyone knew her and would like to know of a place to make memorial donations. Casey SHANNON (DUNTON) LYNNE BANGOR and CORINTH Shannon (Dunton) Lynne, 28, died May 21, 2004, at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born April 30, 1976, in Baltimore, Md., the daughter of Cynthia Dunton and Gregory Watts. Shannon graduated from Orono High School, Class of "1994", and the University College of Bangor, Class of "2004," with a bachelor of science degree in health and human services. She enjoyed life, and devoted her life to her Lord, children, family and friends. Shannon is survived by her husband, Jason M. Lynne; five young children, John William, Kaitlyn, Zachary, Sydney and Matthew; her mother, Cynthia Watts; her Dad, Raymond Thomas; her father, Gregory Watts; great-grandmother, Ruth Powless; grandparents, LaForest and Phyllis Dunton "Ma and Pop"; grandparents, Walter and Theresa Thomas; Aunt Sherry "Bear" and her husband, David Roeder; uncle Chuck Dunton and his wife, Karen; Father and mothers-in-law, Paul and Shellie Lynne, and David and Mary Wilson; many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; special cousins, Trish, Forrest, Jake and Melissa; special friends Cassey, Kyra and Tammy. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 24, 2004, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. Memorial donations in Shannon's memory may be sent to The Kids Fund, care of Ray Thomas and Sherry Roeder, University Credit Union, 5779 Rangeley Road Orono, ME 04469-5779 or University Credit Union, 977 Union St., Bangor, ME 04401-3011.

Erika, I haven't seen her name here before and don't see her on the roster. But it is possible since some people use a nickname type thing. It is sad. How are you?? Casey

Hi Casey, IM ok..Been very busy working..I have 2 jobs now and my schedule is pretty much 8-1 for one job and 3-11 for the other...my psychologist isnt very happy about it though he said IM gonna burn myself out..Which i probably will do..Im just trying to get caught up financially..Then i will say slow down. I slo figure if im busy i wont be sitting at home depressed. Take care!!! Erika

Hey Erika, Wow you are busy!! I think even now I'd pass out working that much. Try not to get "burnt out" as your doc says. But you're right, keeping busy and doing something that will help with money is better than being home depressed... You take care too! Casey

Curious to know what happened. I did see the obituary, noticed how young she was and had 5 kids, I too have 5 children and had my surgery on March 18th.

This gal was the sister-in-law of one of my co-workers!! Shannon went through hell!! My friend said that she hardly recognized Shannon during her last hours alive. Such a sad, sad situation. My heart breaks for her family.
