Vitamin B 100

Hi, I was told by my surgeon in Boston to start taking B100's for MY PERSONAL RECOVERY, not everyones's however I'm finding they come in horse pill size which of course we can't do and to break them doesn't work according to the pharmacist as they are time released, and she didn't know anywhere to access smaller ones, or liquid, anyone else having this problem or have a solution????? I'm calling doc tomorrow. By the way I'm 2 months out, down 60 lbs.a nd wish I had done this YEARSSSSSS AGO, but at 43 I'm still lovin it!! LINDY

Hi Lindy, Congrats on the weight loss I had mine 06/03, I'm now 46 years young and I too wish I had done this years ago. I wish I could help with the vitamin issue, but you are right in contacting your doctor, I'm sure there has to be another way to get the vit. B100, other than the horse pill size. Keep us informed on what you find out, perhaps someone else out there will need the info that you discover, so that they too can ask their doctors advise on what you find out. Keep up the great work!
