The wait is on

Hi all I had my appointment with Dr. Toder today and all went very well. I like her alot. She said that my surgery will be in a little over a month!!!! Wow I can't believe it!!! She said that I shouldn't have any problem getting approved from Blue Cross. The waiting is gonna be the hard part any suggestions to make it so I don't think of it all the time?!!

Hi Carol, Glad to hear your appointment went well. I met Dr. Toder, and although I am not going with her, really liked her. Can I ask which Blue Cross Blue Shield division you have? Some are much easier to get approval than others. I have BCBS of Illinois and they are nearly impossible. So is BCBS of Texas and Florida. However, Anthem people seem to get approval with no problems. Thanks, Amy

Isn't Dr Toder funny? I like her alot too. I thought of surgery constantly once I knew I was going to have it. I don't know if it can be avoided! Think of the positive sides and time will fly by. Casey
