Someone posted these on the Main MB, they looked so yummy I thought I would show them to you here since many of you do not go to the main MB. Sugar Free Strawberry Pie 1-12 oz Cool whip 1 small SF instant vanilla pudding 1 small SF strawberry jello (dry) 1-1/2 c. skim milk 1 pint fresh strawberries Mix cool whip, pudding, dry jello and mil****il well blended. Stir in slices strawberries, leaving a few slices for garnish. Place in a graham cracker pie crust. This would also be a great way to use vanilla protein powder. This is such a simple and easy sugar free dessert. I had more than enough for the pie crust, so I put the left over in a bowl and sprinkled graham cracker crumbs lightly on top. It's just as good without the pie crust too. Sugar free Lemon Icebox Pie 1-12oz Cool whip 1 large box instant vanilla pudding 1 tub crystal light lemonade 2 c. skim milk 1 t. vanilla flavoring Mix well and pour into graham cracker pie crust. This too, is SOOOOO GOOD!!! I also made the Orange Vanilla Pudding this week. Here's that recipe. I think Val and Mokihana came up with this one, although mine may be a bit different. Orange Vanilla Pudding Dessert 1 large SF instant Vanilla pudding 1 -4oz cream cheese 1 -12 oz coolwhip 1 Crystal light SUNRISE orange (1 tub dry) 1 can mandarine oranges (well drained) Mix pudding, cream cheese, cool whip and crystal light well, blend in mandarine oranges and mix well. This would be so good topped with toasted slivered almonds. I thought it needed a little something crunchy added to it. Or maybe some chopped pecans.
