I have lost 53 pounds since surgery and i am one week less of two months out. I am so excited with everything i had my first salad today which was the joy of my life i had been craving them so bad even if it was just lettece and tomatoes. Tommorrow we are going to get out aquasize? Does anyone else do this? Do you like it? Thanks for all your guys support love ya all Melissa

Melissa - CONGRATULATIONS! I am so very happy for you. I don't know what aquasize is. Where do you go - is it exercising in water? You have done a great job!!!! Hope to see you at the support meeting Tuesday? CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN!!!

You are doing fantastic!!! 53lbs is wonderful! I went nuts on salads for a while too, they are so yummy!!! I too do not know what aquasize is and would like to hear more about it. Please share.
