My niece is having ear surgery!!

My 9 yr old niece will be having surgery Thurs morning. She is having her tonsils and adnoids out which is a routine thing, but at the same time she has to have her eardrum reconstructed. It runs in our family and a brother and two other nieces have already had this done. What is actually done is, they cut down the whole back of her ear and basically flip it over to get to the drum. The others that have had it done have had the same surgeon and did a great job..... Brooke is the youngest in the family to go through it.. Poor little thing.. I know she will be just fine, she is in great hands, but a few prayers could only make things that much better!!!! Thurs morning I will be at the hospital with her. She called and said she wanted Auntie there, so of course Auntie is going to be there!!! Thanks.. Kell

Thanks Casey, I am as nervous as her own mother.. I hate it when kids go through stuff like this. When my daughter broke her arm I ! It was when we were packing the U-haul to move to Florida and I get a phone call that she fell roller skating with her friends (kind of a going away thing). Well she went out with a bang.. Talk about added stress!!!!!!!!!!!!
