Long/Short limb???

I have been approved for the short limb and I am looking for a surgeon to contact that performs this? Any help will be greatful. Thanks in advance. Lee

Hi Lee, Welcome to the board. I hope I don't sound like a total idiot but...what the heck do you mean by "short limb"? I had never heard this term when learning about surgery. I had RNY...he bypassed something like 150cm. Maybe that's what short limb means? And yes Theresa is so right, the Surgical Weight Loss Program at EMMC is really the smart way to go. Have your PCP refer you to the program and get started on the process. It takes about 6 months to go through all the steps but it much more than worth it. Goodluck, Casey
