Hi Sally, You are doing everything correct. It is normal to plateau out approximately every 3 months. A way to break the plateau is to change something in your normal routine. Your body has adjusted to what you are doing, now you need to break the "norm". Alter the exercise, if you are walking, change to swimming, or arobic type excercise. Change your eating, if you are taking shakes for breakfast, change to cottage cheese or something different. It will "trick your body" and the plateau will break. It worked for me, I hope it works for you. Remember it is normal & it happens just about every 3 months. You're doing great! Hugs, Cindy K.

Sally, I think it is pretty normal to go through what you are. I think plateaus are impossible to avoid. Keep up the good work and let it take its course.(Watch me freak when I hit one lol) You are and will keep doing great!! Kell

Sally, I think you're on the right track and agree with the other posters. It should pass with your effort to make it pass. Take a look at your calories, habits, food choices etc to help the loss start again. But on top of all things it is excercise. You may be dropping sizes, but not pounds so try to look at things other than the number. It'll all pan out soon. Goodluck, Casey
