Bumming out
I think i hit one of those dreaded plateaus...in the past 4 weeks i have only lost 3lbs...weighed in yesterday on different scales due to curiousity i couldn't wait to check the weight and WOW was i disappointed...ok yeah i know 112lb loss is wonderful and believe me im greatful in every possible way that i have this tool but man 3lbs in a month comeon Sally whats up here...get a grip its a plateau ive been doing the water, exercise and eating the right things....so what do i do now? Up the water, exercise and protein right?????

I think you're on the right track and agree with the other posters. It should pass with your effort to make it pass. Take a look at your calories, habits, food choices etc to help the loss start again. But on top of all things it is excercise. You may be dropping sizes, but not pounds so try to look at things other than the number. It'll all pan out soon.
