Skin removal surgery

I had a question about the skin removal. I wanted to know if anyone has had it, and how it went. What all is involved in it. Also, I have Anthem insurance, and I looked up the policy for it, but it is written in medical language, and I only read in English..lol Anyone know what the policy is? just curious about it.
