Breyers Carb Smart Ice Cream

I was looking for some low carb ice cream yesterday at Hanafords in Dexter. The Breyers Carb Smart is new. Sweetened with Splenda is has just 10 Grams of Carbs per 1/2 cup serving. (3 G fiber, 4 G of sugar, 3 G sugar alcohol), 2 G protein and 10 G fat. It has a good taste and I didn't want to stop when my tummy said stop. I have learned though. I am 7 weeks out and down to 338 on my PCP's scales. Last August I weighed 390, the day of the operation I weighed 384 and the day I came home I weighed 388, they filled me full of fluids to make me go pee. Walking is soo cool now, I can't feel any flab rubbing on my legs. I can walk faster than ever without getting winded. Sometimes I am light headed when I stand upright so my PCP took me off my Lisinoprill. He wants me to go back on it after I stop being light headed to protect my kidneys from any damage the diabetes may cause. I am very much looking forward to spring.
