*Awesome Recipe*
Tried this chicken dish last night and it was fantastic. It is really healthy for us also.
1/2 cup either romano or parmesan cheese
1 envelope of Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halved about 2lbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1. Mis cheese, garlic powder and salad dressing mix. (I did it in a big zip lock bag kind of like shake and bake)
2. Moisten chicken with water: coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish.
3. Bake at 400 F for 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
Remember that the serving size is a whole breast. I don't know about anyone else but I can't even eat a half a breast.
Serving size 1/2 breast. Calories 230, 7g total fat, 3g saturated fat, 6mg sodium, 2g carbohydrates, 37g protein.
I like lemon so I put fresh lemon over it and it tasted even better. You would never know that it is good for you. Happy eating.
