saying hello

Hey all Just checking in and letting you know that I have an appointment with my pcp on tuesday 3-16-04 I am soooo excited that I have made this decision but I realize now It is the best thing I could ever do for myself and my children. My weight has destroyed my life so far I don't like to be alone or go anywhere alone because I am insecure about How i look and always feel like someone is talking about me behind my back even though they're probably not I feel like they are. Thank you to all of you that replyed to my first post I wish I had known about this site along time ago. It really makes me feel better to know that there are others out there that feel the same way.
