I havent posted in a long time..so, i figured i would. I have updated my profile though:D
I went to Bangor yesterday. I had 2 classes to attend. The nutrition class with Dayna. I liked her alot..she looks soo cute with her little baby belly.hehehe!!! Wish I looked like herwhen i was pregnant..LOL!!! I also attended the physical therapy..damn that was boring.. That ws pretty boring to be honest...but, i know its required..sighhh...Glad it is over with.
I also attended the support group lastnight. There was alot of people there. WE had a guest speaker too..NONE OTHER THEN (drum roll...lol)..Dr. Clough..yea!!!! He seems to be a very nice man!! Very soft spoken though..I had to listen extra carefully. I can't wait to finally meet him one on one.
I have posted in my profile but, ill just give a quick update of other things going on ...I started working out at the gym March 3. I have gone 3 times so far. Im doigna circuit training routine..working up to 3 sets of 10 reps. I don't want to overdue it but, i just want to do more more more..I never thougth that training would be addictive but, that is all i have thought about, I only go 3 times a week for 30 min right now but...i want to do more. Im sure i can as time progresses..until surgery anyway!! Im sure that will be a challenge.
I had given up soda for a bit. But, im back on it..I want to stop again though..I knwo i can..but before i though well maybe one week. Well that didn't work. I wanted more. I did better when i i didnt have it at all. So, that is my goal right now..also to practice chewing, chewing, chewing and making my meals last. Also to increase my fluid intake and do some of the exercises we were shown, at home, when im nto at the gym.
I have had a rough 2 weeks. Its Girl scout cookie season,,and of course i odered a bunch..I have gained like 4 lbs..BAD ME i told my husband ill be glad when they are gone...GONE GONE!!!
WEll I suppose I'll zip my lip now....LOL!!!
