Hi Melissa, Glad to hear you are home. Just think, with each day that passes things will get easier and you will get smaller. The first couple days are tough. You are in a different environment than the hospital (where the beds have side rails) and it will take a little time to adjust to what and how you can do things. I agree, this is not easy. Completely new lifestyle. like you though I would not change a thing. Keep your chin up, you are doing great! Val

Hey Melissa, Even if it hurts, there's no place like home. I got home last Sun and have less discomfort every day. A little nausea, but nothing unexpected. Getting in and out of bed was the worst and bending over. Walking kept me loose and seems to help more each day. Piece of cake? No way! Painful and challenging n many ways....and worth it when the balancing factors of good health, no pain, and feeling energetic are factored in. Best to you, Kent

Hi Melissa, Happy to hear you are well! The tough part is now but you will soon feel better. I remember it all too well. It was all worth it, however not easy in the least bit. I guess sometimes I may sound like a pompus-ass when I say how I have been etc but I always say "it could have been worse" so I don't feel like what I am going through is really that bad. I'll join you on the shooting comment! Casey
