update
Hi all,
Well I haven't posted for awhile so I thought I would catch everyone up to speed.
I am doing my best to get my 2oz of protein in and a little bit of fruit and veggies. So far, I have only twice and it was because I ate too fast. I find if I wait too long to eat that I tend to hurry and regret it. I have my 6 week appt. the 16th and will hopefully be down a few more pounds. I am trying not to weigh myself as I will become very disappointed if the scale has not moved or has moved very slowly as Dayna has predicted. I am hoping for a nice surprise.
Glad to see we have a lot of new comers. Although I have not taken the time to post, I have been reading the posts.
We now have a support group via ITV at the hospital in Presque Isle once a month and am hoping to get to go to some of these. Bangor is such a long trek after a long week at work. However I am hoping to catch some of those too.

Great update, you do sound like you are doing so great! I wish I could go witout weighing myself, but at almost 8 months out I guess I get scared I will not lose the last pounds. Wish I could be strong like that.
Would like to hear how the support group through the ITV goes. It sounds like a wonderful idea.
