Dr. O'Connor Refused to do surgery on me.

I can't believe it, she really did refuse to do the surgery for me. I have an appointment to see Dr. Clough on Monday. After all of the hoops I have been through this is disappointing! I went through so much to make sure that those of us with Mainecare would still get the surgery and the surgeon is too scared to do my surgery. OK so I would be the second person she had ever done the surgery on....I thought I was giving her a break. I sure hope and pray that Clough will do it!! Michelle

Michelle, Did she give you a reason? I don't see why Dr. Clough wont do it. He has so much experience and expertise. Everything happens for a reason and maybe someone is steering you in this direction. Try not to worry too much. Dr. Clough is amazing!! Kell

I have to see Clough on Monday at 10:30 when is your apt.? Dr. Clough is better, I'm sure Jesus will show you the way that is best.

Hi all! Thanks for your encouragement! I saw Dr Clough today and he is going to do the surgery! I go to the lab on Friday to check my gallbladder. I was very happy with my appointment today! Doc's a great guy!
