Plateau broken?
Well, I went 1 week without weighing and lost 1 pound. Does this mean my plateau is broke? I sure hope so. Even if I just lose 1 lb a week I would be happy. It would mean that within 4 months I would be at goal!
Please send me postive thoughts so I can get through this next week with being a good girl. I really want to stick to my plan and not weigh in for another week. I soooooo want to make it to my goal weight and feel I can do it, I just need willpower! (and maybe a little help from my friends)
Thank you to everyone that helped and encouraged me through this past week!! Could not have done it without you!

Theresa,
You can do it.. You are just that type! My weight has been "weird" My scales say I haven't lost a thing since last Thursday, all at once I will drop 5 or 6 pounds. It is strange, but whatever works!
I don't know much about plateaus but all of a sudden you will probably drop pounds like crazy!! Hang in there!! I have been getting in most of my protien but I am buckling down and trying to get a lot more in and also more water. I know you are doing that. I have a visitor this week that I don't care much for. Can't wait till she goes back where she came from because that is, and always has been a bad week for weightloss..
They say being so close to goal is a struggle to get those last few pounds off. Your body is proably being stubborn, but you brain is smarter then that!!! You will do it! Chase those little ones a bit more. (I know you do lots of that).. lol Just the warmer weather coming up just may do it for you as well as the rest of us..
We all have the upmost faith in you and I am looking forward to a post from you saying woooo hoooooooooooo........lol
Take Care and hang in there... Kell
Theresa,
You CAN do it. Your body is already starting to give in and break this plateau. You have lost a pound. Soon your body will give in altogether and you will lose the rest. I'm not sure what you are doing for exercise, but I heard somewhere that if you alter your exercise routine, it tricks your body and it will break a plateau. (maybe quick spurts of aerobic exercise and hand weights, a couple minutes a piece alternating)
Good luck to you. I have faith in you and it won't be long. Hang in there.
