26 lbs lost since surgery! Yeah!
HI everyone!! I just wanted to drop a quick line and say hello and share with you that I had my 2 week check up, had my staples out and I have lost 26lbs!
I was very happy! I really feel wonderful too! I am still having a hard time with wanting to eat instead of having to eat! I guess it will always be a battle but I just wi**** was easier somedays! I was able to sleep in my own bed for the first timee last night too! And Boy did I sleep........
I do have one question tho....... Can anyone tell me how long they waited before having chicken salad??
I really love it and can't wait to have it again!
Thanks ~Shannon

Congratulations Shannon! That is wonderful you've lost so much in such a short period of time. Hope this will happen to me someday soon! You mentioned sleeping in your bed for the first time in 2 weeks. Why is this? Did you have to sleep in a chair or something after the surgery? Thanks for any information.

Hi Dot,
Ya I feel really good about the weight loss. I see you are just starting the process? Well you have a long road ahead of you but it will be a wondeful one. You will learn to change your life and you will learn to love it! It is not easy tho, it will be tough at first... I slept in a recliner because I was much more comfortable since I had a lot of back pain b-4 surgery, I was uncomfortable laying down after. But I am back to bed and actually getting sleep!
Have a safe night and good luck to you, if there is anything I can do, please let me know! I am here to help if you need me!

Congrats on your success thus far! You must be feeling very encouraged and should be. Just think 2 weeks ago, you were carrying around over 2 bags of potatoes with you all the time. When I compare my weight loss to something like that, it blows my mind. I don't know about you , but I think a bag of potatoes gets heavy. LOL Keep up the good work!
