Wednesday Support meeting - Tonight

Dayna said she would be bringing in a psychologist? to help us with our new body image and how to deal with the attitudes of others after we lose the weight. I plan to be there. It's a good day, sun is out and I need to be with my new family. Ron

I plan on being there as well.. didn't realize there would be a psychologist as well.. that should be very interesting. ~Heather

Ron, do you go to the Bangor meetings? How often are they. The ones in Portland are only once a month and I wish there were more. I spend my summers in the Calais/Eastport area, maybe I will come to one of the support groups then. I hope you are doing better and better each day!!! Sam
