Unjury Question
Thanks. I am really trying to think ahead about exactly what I am going to eat and need so I am all ready when I get home from the hospital. I feel that the more prepared I am, the smoother (fingers crossed) things will go for me and the easier it will be on my daughter. I am just so darn nervous!! I never thought to add it to broth and actual food. I guess I had it set in my mind that it HAD to be a shake! Thank god for you guys really!
OK, Ladies got another question for you. (if Ron see's this, he'll love it) BOOBS, I've got a lot of 'em. Are they going to shrink up? If they do, will they do it quickly as I am losing the weight? Embarrasing question but I trust you guys more than my own family and don't feel so weird about asking it! Thanks for all the info!!
Sam
When I was in my early 20s and I lost a lot of weight I lost my boobage also. BUT, this time when I am losing weight they have shrunk AND gone south. They hang, sorta flip around and are very easy to get squooshed when the babies and I are wrestling. No, they are not THAT long, but long enough. I sure hope I can get a boob job!!!

Samantha,
You can add the unflavored to broth/soups, pudding, or I have put it in yougurt also..
I sometimes take skim milk, add unflavored Unjury, and a packet of no sugar added Carnation instand breakfast. It sweetens it and makes it chocolate. I just put ice in it, or you can put it in your blender with ice and blend it up into a shake..
If I want vanilla, then I use skim milk, unflavored Unjury, then about a half a packet of splenda. (It doesn't take much splenda to sweeten it).
There are probably a thousand other ways to do it but that is what I have done. If I use vanilla Unjury, I DO NOT use the Carnation. It makes it so sweet that I cannot drink it.
Hope this helps!!
