Hi Ron, You sure do let everyone know what to expect with your pics! I can't wait to see your updated photo in a couple of months...the changes will be absolutly amazing! I finally have my photo's in the Before & After section. There are 2 Cindy K's, mine is the 2nd one: Cindy K. vs Cindy K (wihtout the "."). Ron.. I think it is great that you posted the pics.. Like Cindy said it does let everyone know what to expect.. I didn't even think to take pics of my stomache.. but will now. I don't have staples.. I got stiches, with steri strips. Take care, Heather
