Early this morning I wet the I had forgotten that I had woke up and propped myself on my left elbow and drank a little water. Then I put the glass of wanter at my chest insted of back on the shelf. Then I fell asleep and you guessed it. I wet the bed at my chest. Cold water too. I have been able to twist, turn and get out of bed without my rope. My sister hung a rope from the cealing to my bed post this is what I used to get out of bed. It was more comfortable than pushiing myself up with my left shoulder and arm. I am almost pain free now. Just my staple line andthe occaisional twinge inside. I had and do have many Praying for me and I thank you for that. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16

OMG Ron you are so funny. I bet that woke you right up!! About a week ago I was sitting in my recliner eating and sipping on veg soup and my daughter said something to make me laugh and it went all over.. I am glad you are doing so good. Still, don't over do it!! Love Kell ps: I wish I had thought of the rope when I needed help getting out of bed!!! Smart cookie you are!!

What a great idea the rope was, I remember how hard it was getting out of bed the first couple weeks. Then being able to sleep on my side, THAT was a thrill. Funny thing is, I think I sleep on my back most the time now. Love your positive attitude!! Luv ya, Theresa

Ron.. you are so silly. I am still sleeping in the recliner. I am sure I would be able to sleep in the bed, but for the time being the recliner is just fine. I am able to bend, twist etc as well. When is your checkup with Dr. Clough? Mine is Weds. Can't wait. Well, take care.. talk to you soon. ~Heather
