My mom died when I was 19. My relationship with my dad wasn't that good. So girls I'm looking to you for advise. Yesterday I passed hard chunks. My body feels like it wants to pass more but can't. What should I use to loosen the plumbing? Thanks for understanding. Love & hugs from your whacky friend

Ron, I had the very same problem. Lynn told me to take Colace. It is a stool softener. It is very expensive so I got the Wal-Mark brand. Good Luck!! Kell

Hi Ron, It happened to me also, I cheated, I remember my grandmother being diabetic, & eating too many sugarfree candies....she was explosive...anyway, I ate 3 or 4 sugar free Hershey mini candybars & whoops 1/2 hour later no problems. Just a thought for you to try since colac is up there in $. Hugs, Cindy

I know exactly what you mean and chances are you haven't had it as bad as it can get, YET. I had major problems with constipation, worse then anything I ever went through in my attempt to give birth naturally. My suggestion is clean yourself out with some type of laxative then start using something to make you regular. I use Benefiber and OKd it with Dayna. She had never heard of it before so I showed her the bottle, she said it looked great. At first I had to use like 3 doses a day but now one can be too much. I skip it every few days and as long as I get in my water I have no troubles. I get it at Walmart. Good luck, I feel for ya. Theresa
