If anyone is interested in joining a protest against Cigna please let me know. We are trying to organize one now. We need patients, families, doctors, lawyers, and members of the media. Even if you not a Cigna subscriber but a member of some other insurance, you still can join. These insurance companies need to be exposed.

I would LOVE some more information on this. I have been denied by CINGA 3 times (2 of which were just ridiculous) and finally this morning I got word that they have approved. My first two denials I just sat back and allowed them to do it to me. Even now that they have approved, I am going to start being more public and active in the way that these insurance companines continually discriminate against people like us. I have spoken with 2 women. One has given up her fight...the other has an exlusion policy from her insurance and is not able to have children because of weight related infertility. These insurance companies RULE our lives. ENOUGH! I am in for the long haul on this. You can email me personally at [email protected] if you would like...thanks Sam

Hello I am from North Carolina and I also have been denied by Cigna. That has to be the worst insurance company in the world. I am presently in the process of an appeal. they said the only thing I needed to do was the 6 mo diet and exercise program with my doctor. Has anyone had to do that or been denied for that reason?? I would love more info on the protest!! Tammy Shue (email: [email protected])

I would LOVE to be a part of this. We pay way too much for insurance just to be denied. I am currently going through the appeal process, having been denied twice. Please keep in contact with info regarding the protest. Thanks Terri Babbidge
