Not sure of the details

I know a lady that used to live in a nearby town, that told me a relative of hers passed away last week due to a staple bursting on the inside after his Gastric Bypass. This was done in Bangor but she is not sure which Dr. She DID say that she believes this was a no-fault situation. She said it happend the night after surgery so she wasn't sure if he moved the wrong way, did too much, or even possibly lifted something heavier then he was suppose to. I told her I was going to mention it here to see if anyone knew and at her request I will not release his name. He was 54. Kell
