Mainers have sexy voices?

I was on the phone last night with my nephew that lives in Virgina and he said that all the women he has ever talked to in Maine (not that there has been many) have sexy voices. I would have been shocked but I have heard this quite a few times. Pretty odd to hear it coming from my own nephew though. He said he didn't mean MINE sounded sexy but others.
