Questions about Duadonal Switch and other stuff

Hello All, I am getting very accustomed to this posting stuff and finding all the information and support so wonderful. I went to check out the yahoo website for self pay patients. Many of them say that they are Duadonal (sorry if I am spelling that wrong) switch. How is that different or better/worse then the RY Gastric Bypass that I am having done? Also, my sister pointed me to this website. I am not thinking about taking this because frankly those pills scare me so much now but wanted to know if anyone else had heard of this stuff. The DS is normally only for those that have a higher BMI. From what I understand they do not suffer from dumping and loose quicker in the first 6 months.
