I can't believe it! This is SO AMAZING!!! And I am so lucky that I didn't have to fight with my insurance company to get this surgery. I'm getting pretty saggy in some areas, but that's to be expected. After I have babies in the next few years, maybe I'll treat myself to a little plastic surgery for my 40th birthday (if the saggy skin is problematic - we'll see). Just wanted to share my excitement with you all! Only 60 pounds to go to get to my personal goal. Yay me!

Georgine, CONGRATULATIONS! Isn't it a great feeling to get to the 100 pounds mark? Very exciting. Good luck on your coming 60. It'll be no sweat I'm sure. Yay you! Casey

Wow! Georgine, congrats on the -100lb loss. That is so wonderful! What are you doing up here for exercise (besides shoveling snow!). You're so close to goal...awesome!!

Lauren: not much. I am a bad girl. Actually I am much more active than I've ever been in my life - I park from from the doors now, take the stairs, and shop all day. I am walking just for exercise occasionally, but I find that I am feeling better and much more active on a daily basis. If I'm not active much during a day, then I'll do some exercise. I am thinking about joining curves to try and tone up a little as well as get higher quality exercise. I got your email; I will reply sometime next week - I'm going out of town until Monday and it's been pretty busy here for us. Let's talk soon.
