100 Pounds Lost!
I can't believe it! This is SO AMAZING!!! And I am so lucky that I didn't have to fight with my insurance company to get this surgery. I'm getting pretty saggy in some areas, but that's to be expected. After I have babies in the next few years, maybe I'll treat myself to a little plastic surgery for my 40th birthday (if the saggy skin is problematic - we'll see). Just wanted to share my excitement with you all! Only 60 pounds to go to get to my personal goal. Yay me!
Lauren: not much. I am a bad girl. Actually I am much more active than I've ever been in my life - I park from from the doors now, take the stairs, and shop all day. I am walking just for exercise occasionally, but I find that I am feeling better and much more active on a daily basis. If I'm not active much during a day, then I'll do some exercise.
I am thinking about joining curves to try and tone up a little as well as get higher quality exercise.
I got your email; I will reply sometime next week - I'm going out of town until Monday and it's been pretty busy here for us. Let's talk soon.
