Prayer warriors needed - Linda Jenkins taken to hospital

I called Linda at 10 am today - Tuesday. Her cousin that is caring for her said she was taken by ambulance to EMMC. Her staples burst open. Linda has been feeling VERY poorly since the operation though she says she's getting better slowly but very weak. I saw her Saturday after the support meeting and she didn't have any color in her face. Her 2 week meeting is Wednesday - tomorrow.. She has Crohns Disease, diabetes, and a few other things. So please pray that they find what is causing the problems and can fix her right up. Thank you Ron McKusick

I just talked to Linda at the hospital. Her potasium levels were low. Her staples didn't burst but a nasty brown ooze was coming out. They think she might have a blood clot somewhere on her lung or somewhere else. She still needs our prayers. Thanks Ron

I'm praying....I have my appts. tomorrow too, I'll try to see her if I can. Ron, it sounds like you're as ready as can be for your surgery. Don't forget to have a box of SF popsicles on hand. I haven't had too many of them but they are a nice treat, and a good way to get some fluids. I'll keep you in my prayers as well, relax keep thinking positive! Lauren
