Exercise question
Hi all...i gots a question for ya'll out there in looser and future looser land. Now as i am exercising and loosing in my belly and hips i seem to still have that dang *shelf* going on. You know the shelf i mean the lower back and upper butt that you could probably sit a cup of coffee on.
Walking outside still bothers me as i have such weak ankles but i do walk in place in the house. I walk during commericals on the soaps..yes i know im a soap addict but im getting exercise now not just sitting on the couch with my hair in curlers eating bon bons lol. I read where some of you go to Curves and other places but what exercises do you do at home and what can i do different for my shelf? I would like to get rid of it before it starts collecting dust and someone uses it for knick knacks lol. I have a BIG belly so maybe its just still i need to loose more there before the shelf starts to go. Thanks in advance for the help. I think it may depend on how much weight you have lost. I used to have the shelf too but it is gone now. Not too sure what exercises would target that area...maybe check on the machines at the gym you go to to see which ones would affect those muscle groups. It is always good to do things at home but going to a gym is very helpful.
