I HAVE A DATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM SO SYKED!!!!!!!!!!! DR ASLAMS OFFICE CALLED ME TODAY AND GAVE ME MY DATE....READY FOR THIS....FEBRUARY5....YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... I AM SO EXCITED AND I THANK GOD!!!!! NOW I JUST HAVE TO GET RID OF MY NASTY COLD...CAN'T SEEM TO SHAKE THIS COLD I KEEP GETTING BUT IT WILL BE GONE BY THAT DATE!!!!!! HELEN

Congrats! I saw Dr. Aslam at the Mainecare meeting. He seemed nice. You are so close to being a post op (weight) loser! I can't wait to be there too. Just try to keep sane until the surgery! I have heard you can get a little nervous but don't worry everything will work out just fine! Keep us all posted. God be with you!

Were there many doctors/surgeons at the meeting?

Theresa, there were five rooms full of people. I counted about 8 doctors in room one alone. Dr. Toder was there which I found funny because she doesn't even take Mainecare patients. I'd say there were at least 300 people who turned out to talk about ALL of the things on the agenda. Basically we all told the state they were out of their minds!

LOL you must be dancing around the house now i know i was and making a list of things you wanna get done for when you get home. CONGRATS HELEN!! TIME WILL FLY BY.... TRUST ME, MY WAITING TIME IS STILL A BLURR. THE WHOLE DANG PROCESS WAS A BLURR. IT SEEMS LIKE A LONG TIME BUT IT REALLY ISNT AT ALL. FEB 5TH IS THE DAY BEFORE BOTH OF MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY. ONE WILL TURN 7 ON THE 6TH, AND THE OTHER 12 ON THE SAME DAY.... HE HE. CONGRATS AGAIN......... KELL
