sip?

when they say sip, just how much liquid can you take in, in one drink? it;s taking me forever to drink a 4 oz glass of water and it has to be COLD. i cant stomach it room temp or warmer. ice ice ice.. but im having a rough time with it. i want to chug it bec i am so thirsty but i am NOT even satisfying my thirst at all.......... HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I was the same way. I wanted so bad to gulp but could not and never seem satisfied. In fact I didnt think I would eve be able to again. Now sometimes I can and sometimes I cant. In the beginning it is all trial and error. If you do drink to fast you might get a pain or gas. I just sipped all day but could not tolerate it really cold at first. Pet Pouch could not tolerate popsicles either. I still have not tried the popsicles but I do like cold water but can take it room temp just as easy. How is the eating going? Theresa

Theresa answered so well I don't think I have anything to add, lol. Goodluck learning how to drink, it takes a little while but once you are hydrated you won't be so thirsty. Just keep sipping and eventualy you won't feel like gulping. Casey
