Hello, Two weeks to go today! I have all the emotions going at this point. Yesterday I started to adapt post -op eating habits. High protein, lots of liquids, no sugar...etc. I know that I'll feel better when the day comes knowing that I tried to prepare my body for the "after shocks".....Now if only I could exercise, I will try but it's usually painful (hip, feet). I have so much to look forward to, so much living to do! I moslty look forward to getting more active with my kids (and husband!). I can dust off my snow shoes, take up skiing (cross country)... flyfish, hike Mt. Katahdin...The future looks good! I love this site and everyone on it. The information and sharings are invaluable to me. Thank you all. Kelley, my surgery buddy, remain strong and courageous!! You're going to do great. Merry Christmas Everyone! Casey, happy moving! Lauren
