Half Approved!

Yesterday was most frustrating for me as far as my insurance. I called BCBS and I wanted answers! I asked to speak to a supervisor. I got a supervisor and he got down to the nitty gritty. He called Dr. Clough's office while I was on the phone and asked what the hold up was. She said she had my paperwork ready to go, and that she had sent it to the wrong insurance. He asked her to fax it right away to ATTN: Shawn, so that he could get right on it. He also gave me a number to where I can reach him directly. Your guys are all right!, sometimes ya just gotta keep on their tail. Anyhooooo I received a letter from my secondary insurance yesterday saying they have approved me. I just have to wait on my primary first. Ohhh the joys of "Loop Holes". Lauren called me yesterday. It almost sounds as if she is in the same postition I was just a couple days ago. Keep calling Lauren! If they can't give you answers, ask to speak to someone higher. I wish I had done it a while ago now. I want everyone to know that I don't blame Dr. Clough's office for this. (I admit at first I did), but people make mistakes and I understand that they are very busy, and they do their best!! ps: Marie will find out today if she will need surgery or not on her foot. I hope not. Cross our fingers for her!!!
