I called my insurance this morning and they have not received my claim yet, so I called Dr. Clough's office and they have not even submitted my claim yet. I was there on the 15th. When I asked her if she knew why it wasn't sent over yet, she said "it just hasn't been sent yet" It seems everyone else's claims were submitted almost immedietly after their consult. Has this happend to anyone else? Kell

I went in on like the 10th of April, I waited over a week and a half then called the office. The girl said she had my file and was calling that day. I was rather shocked. Dr Clough had implied it would go in the next day. I do not think he really knows when things are sent in. I think they do not have enough staff since they have been doing so many wls. I have BC/BS Fed PPO, so it was a matter of them calling and answering a few questions. I could have had the surgery that much sooner, but in the end I post-poned mine a month so it worked out. I feel bad for you and others that have to wait extra time, but I do not think there is much that can be done. Hang in there!!!!!!

I'm in the same boat! My insurance hasn't received anything either.......patience, patience
