Am I invisible?

Hi everyone, Posted earlier this afternoon but it didn't show up here. Anyway, wanted to thank everyone for their prayers and well-wishes when I had my surgery on 10-14. I had an open rny with a hernia repair. All went well but ended up staying 3 days longer than expected. They shipped me up to the cardiac care unit to stablize my blood pressure and I also ended up having some kind of bowel obstruction which they treated. All in all, everything went well. I'm 11 days out and have lost 25 pounds and it is unbelievable to me. I had lost 10 pounds prior to surgery. Only pain I have is the spot where they did the hernia repair and that pain is minimal. The one thing I'm working on now is getting motivated to walk more. I try for 3 times a day on the treadmill (5 min each at present). I look at it but have no desire to get on board! Hi Susan. Glad you are on the road to recovery. I have posted here lately also and it does not show up. The only way it shows I am logged on is for me to log in to update my profile, then come to this msg board and it will still show me as being logged on. I don't know why that is. It had never happend to me before. Be careful. 11 days out isn't that long to be walking the treadmill already. LOL (at least I wouldn't think so). Anyways, glad to hear things went well (at least for the most part). Where did you have your surgery at? I guess I could check for myself but just too lazy I guess..
