This weekend the kids and...
This weekend the kids and I were watching some show about compost or such. My children are almost 12, almost 10 and the twins are 2. There was one shot of an earth worm on a light colored background. The girls jumped up and went rushing to the tv. They kept kissing the worm and saying booboo. I wasnt really paying attention till that moment. I told them to sit down, that no one could see the tv. When I saw the worm I sorta laughed and told them it was a worm. They came rushing over to me, yanked up my shirt and said "momma worm". The other 2 kids cracked up, pretty much rolling on the floor.
It is true, my scar looks just like a big ole earth worm. It has keloid, I have Always healed thick, so never thought much of it. When ever they see my scar they call it a booboo and want to kiss it. I really think if I took a snapshot of it, that it could pass as a real worm.
You have to love how a child looks at things, they do know how to keep life interesting.

Teresa,
Thats too funny. My daughter (6) just does not understand that I will not be "skinny" when I get home from the hospital. Hopefully soon we can go visit Marie, then she might get a better understanding of it. lol.
They are funny, you just never know whats going on in that tiny little mind!!!!
