Protein supplement

Hi all, I'm told to get a protein supplement in powder form for after the surgery. Any suggestions on what to get? Is this stuff edible? Just waiting for my insurance approval and surgery date. Thanks.

I use Unjury. I tried a lot but could not stand any of them. A friend here on site told me that she liked unjury chocolate. I gave it a try and love it!! It tastes just like chocolate milk.
