Hello to everyone!!!
Hi All, Just wanted to give an update on how things are going. I was getting frusterated for a bit because I didn't lose any weight in the last 6 days even though I have worked out 5 of those days. Well today I tried on a shirt that I had bought last week but was to snug around my hips. Today it was a perfect fit. I like things on the loose side and it was just great! I might not have lost pounds but I have surely lost inches. The girl at Curves said it looks like I am gaining muscle. She will do measurements on the 10th. I am excited. BTW, I started out as a comfy, no-tight, 26/28 and am now getting into 18/20s or XL. I might be a slow loser but who can complain as long as they are getting smaller?
I am fighting 2 demons. 1. not getting enough water in 2. watermelon and grapes. I crave them. I know there are worse things I could eat but each night, late at night I want them, if they arent in the house I go for crackers. This is an old habit that has snuck back in. My willpower is at 50% and I need a kick in the shin to get it back to 100%!!
On a good note, 2 people I know signed up at Curves and I got 2 shirts out of it. They are just a tad snug in the hips (***sighs) but I will fit into them soon!! One of the girls wants me to go on Saturday mornings and since I am now working during the week (from home on the PC) Saturday might be a great idea. So long as it is not to early. No matter how much energy I might have I am still not a morning person. Never will be!!!
