Curves
One of us here made a comment about Curves. She was told that working out 5 days a week was the same as working out 3 days a week. The way I understood Curves to work is that 3 days a week is needed to maintain. More helped you lose. BUT, I am going to ask tomorrow when I go in. I am very curious now.
