changes that I have noticed

These are the changes that I have noticed since loosing weight. I have gone from a 30/32 paints to 22/24. My shirts where 30/32 and I'm wearing really, really loose 26/28 shirt. I can fit into an extra large shirt but it is very tight, but I can fit into it. I have my car seat up straighter now and my steering wheel is down instead of tilted up. Plus there is still a hands width between the steering wheel and my stomach. So I have meet my goal number 10. I can hike 1 1/2 miles in 35 minutes with out stopping and my back and feet don't hurt when walking, and the pace is quick. I don't get short of breath when walking. I can play basketball against my daughter and not get tired out and move around to guard her instead of waiting for her to come to me. My big towel almost fits all the way around me. My husband can put his arms around me and lock his fingers together. I can feel my muscle is better toned. My hip hasn't had to be adjusted by my chiropractor because it had started to slip out of it's joint. I had my husband take some pictures of me this past weekend with no cloths on like I had him do the night before surgery, and I can't believe how big I looked just 55 pounds or so ago. I looked like I was bloated in the before pictures. It seems like all my weight loss is coming from everywhere but my hips/lower stomach area. That area is loosing the slowest. My chest area has lost the quickest. I have gone from an old and really stretched out 50D bra that was not big enough to begin with, to a 46D bra that is getting loose. I do have a 42D that I can wear that is still a little snug but I will hopefully fit into soon. If I can ever get off the plateau that I'm on. I have lost 10 1/2 inches from my bust line and only 3 1/5 inches from my hips.

YAY YOU!!!!!!! Sounds like pretty soon your family will have to anchor you down when its windy...you'll just blow away. I had my surgery on the 16th and i woke up this morning feeling like i was on a high. I felt lighter, more energy, big grin on my face, its amazing. Not going to have my first check up until Monday so not sure how im doing but in all honesty if this feeling keeps up im not sure i would care how much i lost LOL. Im so happy for you...im waiting for the day where my belly won't rub against the steering wheel too. Sorry to hear your loss in your bra tho LOL. Keep Smiling and again WTG!!!!! Sally

YOU ARE DOING FANTASTIC!!! Isn't it wonderful to feel all the changes happening? I know I have a mix of complete joy at not fitting into any of my clothes, to worrying if I should go buy something that will fit, because, how long will I be in that size? I know I get a special lump in my chest when my husband wraps is arms around me & I can feel those arms AROUND me! I hope to get to a meeting on a Saturday, the next one in August. If you can make it also that would be great! We haven't seen each other since we were at the hospital having surgery! Cindy

It's called gravity sister. All the fat is hanging on us. I have yet to have my surgery but after I do I expect the same thing and I can't wait!! I have been fat all my life and I have a large saggy chest. I can't wait for that to swivel up so I can go without a T-shirt. Thanks for the updates and what you all are experiencing. I don't have the time to check other other states. Keep up the good work at being a looser!
