glue/ tape or staples

Which is better? Glue, Tape or Staples?

I didnt have any of those. Dr Clough used reg sutures but they were on the inside, the only thing showing was the knot which fell off at 2.5 weeks. People that have had the staples were really suprsied at how great my scar looked.
