Sugar Free Instant Breakfast
I have been looking for the Sugar Free Instant Breakfast by Carnation and finally found it at Wal-Mart. The Newport store had it for $3.78 per box of 8 packets. Each packet has 4 grams of Protein and 12 grams of Carbs.
This box was chocolate. Where can I find the Vinalla and other flavors? Guess I can just add mint flavoring to the chocolate.

I've personally made a strict choice for myself that I will no longer consume aspertame(Equal/Nutrasweet) I've read way to many studies that scare the begezzus out of me! No need to add any chemicals to my body I think. This is the major reason I'm not even going to attempt Carnation Instant Breakfast. Go to the Health Food section of you supermarkets- they have a huge variety(well5 but hey that's more than one) they have not only soy based but rice based and even whey protein based product. Most are sweeten with a natural sweetener Stevia (it's a leaf from a bush and is 2-3x sweeter than sugar with the same caloric count as all the different sweeteners) Now true no everyone can afford that over CIB but I looked at it as an investment into my body and heck look at all the money we're saving on food. Just a suggestion I hope it helps, and of course some Drs may not want you on anything other than CIB I'd check with them first anyway. ~E
