Its been a long time!

Well, its been a years since my last post. Life gets crazy after surgery! The biggest reason I am back again is, my cousin is starting her journey! I want to suport her! I figure the best way is to start here! Well I updated my pics on my site! As you can see from my weight tracker I am still 20 lbs or so from a normal BMI. I feel great! No problems. I have been through meny stalls, never gained any weight back . Plus I keep losing at a snall pace!

Wow  Sara  sounds like you are doing great.   That is wonderful to here.   I am still here and posting occasionally  I just had skin surgery and  monday is the last day i have to wear the binder.  woo hoo.  and  I am glad that is over with.

It is great   that you are supporting your cousin  we all know that we need the more support we can get.   take care
