Same ole Same ole
I am no longer drinking soda. I have limited my carbs to mostly fruits and veggies. I am trying to get back into the routine of more protien. I get about 45 g of protein in each day but I really want to get it up to at least 60 if not more. I am doing very well with my vitamins and supplements. I work out daily. Most days I get at least an hour. I am going back to the pool in a few weeks (I love working out in the water). I wish that there was a support group closer to me, I do hear that there is going to be one in Waterville soon! I only have 40 more pounds to lose and I will work my @$$ off to get them off!!
